Physicals

Dr. Camille Ziomek can conduct several types of physicals including annual physicals, school sports physicals, DOT physicals, and employment physicals.

Pricing:

DOT physical: $65.

Employment physical: $60.

School sports physical: $50.

Annual physical: $75.

Physical with specialist referral: $125.

Ongoing Primary Medical Care

Standard office visits: $75.

TB tests: $30.

Ear lavage: $40.

OMT

Osteopathic Manipulation involves hands-on manual medicine techniques performed by D.O.'s to treat musculoskeletal dysfunction such as muscle strain, e.g., from plantar fasciitis; stiffness, e.g., from osteoarthritis; muscle/joint soreness, e.g., from overexertion or mild injuries; or aches/pains, e.g., from headache or trapezius tightness. Reduction or relief of stiffness and pain can be achieved in a few visits and sometimes will require ongoing treatments, depending on the severity. Pricing adjustments are available for conditions requiring multiple visits.

Pricing:

25-minute OMT: $45.

50-minute OMT: $90.
